Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
PVRtist uses sevreal production and shipping partners to produce genuine PVRtist art on a variety of products, so order processing times will vary. Order processing times are clearly shown on a per-product basis once the customer information (including all necessary address fields) are completed at checkout. Once an order is paid and completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Keep in mind that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates within the U.S. are clearly shown on a per-product basis once the customer information (including all necessary address fields) are completed at checkout. Due the wide variety of products offered by PVRtist, shipping rates vary. For instance, shipping rates and delivery times for a large canvas print will be different than rates and times for a single t-shirt.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We do not offer local delivery at this time.

IN-STORE PICKUP
While brick-and-mortar PVRtist shops are hopefully in our future, we only offer online ordering at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only offer shipping to the U.S. at this time. As our capabilities grow, we hope to offer ordering from and shipping to other countries.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If it is three days beyond the estimated delivery date range indicated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pvr@pvrtist.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We strongly recommend using a standard address, however, if you require shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact us at pvr@pvrtist.com, and we will work with the carrier to see if shipping to your P.O. Box is possible.
